FaxPress system files, as well as user and job databases, are stored in the C:\Castelle directory of the FaxPress' Embedded Windows operating system.
There is no need to access the server directory unless specifically directed by Castelle technical support or the Administrator Guide. FaxPress Plus or the Web Client Interface can be used for all routine administrative procedures, such as starting and stopping services, etc.
